Welcome to the Refunds and Cancellation Policy of Leads Box. The Leads Box website located on (“Site”) and the Leads Box Mobile Applications (“App”) available on Apple App Store (IOS) and Google Play Store (Android) is owned and operated by Leads Box from the United States. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “platform”, “App” and “our” refer to Leads Box.

Monthly Subscriptions

Leads Box offers monthly subscription plans for the services offered with 30 day free plan initially. 

Automatic Renewal

  • Once you purchase a monthly subscription plan, you hereby grant Leads Box permission to automatically charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each applicable payment period.
  • Your access to the Subscription Services will not be established until Leads Box has verified that the credit card or other payment information you provide Leads Box for payment is accurate and that your payment method account is in good standing.
  • You further agree that Leads Box may charge any other applicable fees for the Service, including any early termination fee, to your payment method.
  • You are required to keep your billing information current, complete and accurate (for example, if you move, be sure to update your billing address, if you get a new credit/debit card, make sure you update the card number and/or expiration date) and notify Leads Box if your selected payment method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft).

Refunds and Cancellation

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds for a subscription once purchased. All sales are final.
  • Leads Box does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.
  • It is your responsibility to evaluate Leads Box, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before purchasing any subscription. Leads Box will not issue refunds to Users on the basis of Users not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.
  • To make a cancellation of your subscription, you may cancel your Subscription Service at least 30 days in advance by initiating a cancellation request otherwise the subscription shall automatically renew.
